If you want to meet Santa Clause this year at Disney Springs then you will be required to join a virtual queue. Guests at Disney Springs can join the virtual queue to meet Santa at 9am & 4pm EST. You will be able to capture a holiday photo with Santa in front of a beautiful backdrop at Once Upon a Toy.

Below are the dates & times in which you will be able to meet Santa at Disney Springs:
- November 12 to December 14, 2021 –10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- December 15 to December 24, 2021 –10:00 AM to 11:00 PM

- Because this is an indoor experience, masks are required.
