Due to the prolonged closures of Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts Annual Passholders received an email today regarding the cessation of monthly Passholder payments as of April 5th, 2020. All payments made between March 4th – April 4th will be refunded to Passholders accounts. Once the parks open payments will resume. There will be No extension of Annual Passes. Your annual pass will expire on its original expiration date.
There will be another option where payments can be postponed for the time the parks are closed and collected once the parks re-open at the end of the passholders current contract. This option will extend the number of days the parks are closed and a new expiration date will be shown in your account. This option is not available as of yet. For those who paid in full, Disney is extending the expiration date on their passes to the number of days the parks are closed. These passholders also have the option to ask for a partial refund for the closure period.
